Agreed, Chris.

Often times the tropes of “work” and “job” become synonymous but we are afforded an amazing opportunity to uplift tomorrows generation and I just hope that people in this role do not take that for granted. That should be rule #1. Keep yourself present and keep grinding. People like us know that, ultimately, it is worth it!

Like you, I think, I choose to exist in the grind, in the reality of my day to day hour to hour ‘whats’ I guess keeping myself present, no matter the weird, is less problematic than letting it go and trying to chase the kite. I can admit that I love my work and my job, sometimes at the same time.
